Information Manager / BIM Coordinator

The Role

We are seeking an Information Manager with strong BIM coordination skills to join our team. This role will focus on the management and delivery of COBie and asset information, supporting projects for the Department for Education (DfE) and ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the delivery of COBie datasets and asset information requirements.
• Managing information flow in line with ISO 19650 and client-specific standards.
• Producing, reviewing, and maintaining BIM documentation, including BEPs, TIDPs, and AIRs.
• Supporting project teams in maintaining the Common Data Environment (CDE), including BIM 360 and 4Projects (4P).
• Coordinating internal and external design teams’ Building Information Models (BIM).
• Running clash detection workshops and managing consultant designers’ compliance with BIM procedures.
• Supporting the development of BIM processes across the company, including staff training and CPDs on information management.
• Managing and maintaining the Revit family library.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in Information Management, with expertise in COBie deliverables (essential).
Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 information management principles (essential).
• Experience coordinating building information models within a Common Data Environment.
• Advanced Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage user.
• Advanced knowledge of BIM 360 Construction Cloud (CDE).
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead and assist in workshops for design teams.
• Ideally 3+ years of experience in an Architectural or Construction office environment.
BIM/Information Management experience: minimum 2 years (required).
