Ellis Williams Manchester Relocates to Spaces, Deansgate

Ellis Williams Architects’ Manchester studio has officially moved to a new, larger private office at 125 Deansgate a visually striking serviced workspace in the heart of the city. This relocation reflects our continued growth and regional presence in the heart of Manchester building on our long-standing commitment to the region.

Located within Spaces the new office offers modern amenities including collaborative breakout areas, artisan coffee, and dedicated meeting rooms, providing an inspiring environment for both clients and staff.

Led by Director Dominic Williams and supported by Associates Jenny Etheridge and Jade Meeks, the Manchester team is well-positioned to expand and meet rising demand across the region.

Recent achievements include Ellis Williams’ appointment to the North West Construction Hub Consult framework as a consultancy partner. Ellis Williams brings a strong legacy of delivering standout projects through the Hub’s main framework, including the Velodrome National Cycling Centre in Manchester, the Manchester SEND Schools Programme, Abraham Moss Library & Leisure Centre and Hough End Leisure Centre.
