We are saddened by the death of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II and join the millions of people around the world in mourning her loss. Our thoughts are with The Royal Family at this time.
We remember with fondness the time Her Majesty visited Chester to officially open Storyhouse and unveil a special plaque to mark the opening of the cultural centre. Accompanied by Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, Her Majesty was all smiles as she was greeted by community groups, arts organisations, school children and professional actors.
As a mark of respect, our studios will be closed on Monday 19th September as we join the nation to celebrate the life and mourn the loss of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II.
