On the 21st December 2018, we were proud to submit a hybrid application for the redevelopment of the Nelson Gate site in Southampton. Through a positive and extensive engagement with Southampton Council, the site has been re-imaged as an arrival gateway into the city from the Central Railway Station. The existing office buildings and car park will be transformed into 250 residential apartments, 40,000sf Grade A lettable office space, a 244 key hotel with extensive dry leisure and 14,000sf commercial space fronting onto a new public realm and urban park.
Strip out and enabling works are scheduled to start in the first quarter of 2019.
