The scheme incorporates two towers rising to 20 and 24 storeys high and will include 290 one & two bedroom apartments and up to 30,000 sq. ft of leisure space with hopes it will provide a boost for the town centre as a new anchor development for its southern end.
A public consultation exhibition took place in the summer and following a lot of positive feedback the plans have been refined to ensure that the majority view is accommodated, whilst continuing to maximise the space and remaining true to the development design appraisal.
A spokesperson for FI Real Estate Management said:
“This is a bold and ambitious project which will help transform the town centre, attracting new residents with high quality homes and a more diverse and varied leisure offer to further boost the local economy.”
