Transformation of Derelict Porthcawl Dockside Warehouse

The 183-year-old Jennings building on Porthcawl seafront has had a new lease of life bringing the disused former warehouse building back into use and a catalyst within the Porthcawl Harbour Regeneration Area.

This creative mixed-use scheme which has seen the sensitive remodelling and refurbishment of the 19th Century structure includes a theatre-style kitchen restaurant and bar complete with a new full height glazed atrium as well as further café and food establishments with views overlooking the sea. The ground floor offers several commercial units and 13 live-work units with loft style mezzanine between the trusses suitable for small creative industries.
