Occupational Health and Wellbeing Centre for Airbus

A new state of the art Occupational Health and Wellbeing Centre for its staff with a gym, café and meeting rooms replacing outdated facilities for Airbus Operations Ltd at the Airbus factory complex based in Broughton located in North Wales.

One of the largest employers in Wales, employing more than 6,000 people, Airbus has a proud tradition of aerospace manufacturing going back three-quarters of a century. Nowadays, the site assembles wings for the entire family of Airbus commercial aircraft. This new facility will improve the health and wellbeing of all its people.

The facility is located at the entrance of the site as a gateway building. The Café area is highly visible from the main site entrance road and offer a welcoming aspect and active frontage. Planning Approval was granted in December 2019 and construction partner MPH Construction broke ground at a ceremony on 05th March. Mott MacDonald were the Project Manager.
