A new £41million campus for St Helens College, providing a bold, exciting and innovative series of buildings that incorporates accommodation for Performing Arts and Music Technology, Early Years Education (Childcare), Hair and Beauty, Health & Social Care, Creative Digital Media, Travel and Tourism, Construction, Catering, Sports (including Sports Science, aerobics and therapy), Computing and IT, Engineering, Logistics and Horticulture.

Winner of Best Large Commercial Building at LABC Awards
The vocational learner areas are supported by crèche facilities, student services, retail, refectory, bistro/café and gym, as well as a feature college plaza and external spaces. The new building was required to be a major landmark, act as a magnet for student recruitment and retention and to engage with the local and wider community.
Sustainability was also a high priority for the client and the campus achieved a BREEAM excellent rating.
