Tom has worked in the built environment since 2019 in Business Development and Sales facing roles. Over his career Tom has developed a robust personal network and reputation in the North of England. At Ellis Williams, Tom supports the team across a range of areas including attending events, identifying new opportunities, client care, bid coordination, and marketing activities.

Tom has a passion for social value work being involved with many construction and built environment related charities and outreach initiatives including The Regeneration Brainary, Constructive Futures and Runshaw College. This includes 1-2-1 mentoring, event organisation, chaperoning and CPD events.
